Cento anni!

Questo topper mi è stato richiesto dalla nipote per festeggiare la nonna centenaria.
La nonna ama molto lavorare a maglia e così nel topper, realizzato in pasta sintetica Fimo® ho cercato di unire le due cose, il numero 100 tondo tondo ed il lavoro a maglia, ne è uscita una nonnina dolce, comodamente seduta sulla sua poltrona intenta a lavorare a maglia il numero 100 che poi, pensandoci, è un po’ quello che ha fatto giorno dopo giorno intessendo con cura la sua vita per arrivare a toccare questo bellissimo traguardo insieme ai suoi cari!

One Hundred Years old!

This topper was requested by niece to celebrate the centenary grandmother.
Grandma loves to knit very much and so in the topper, made by polymerclay Fimo®, I tried to combine the two things, the round number 100 and knitting, this is what came out: a sweet granny, comfortably seated on her armchair while she’s working on knitting a big number “100” .
Thinking about it, it is exactly what she did,carefully  weaving her life day after day, and reaching this very important milestone together with herloved ones!
